Contribute To The McCrorie-West Family FellowshipAll donations to the McCrorie-West Family Fellowship Fund for Alzheimer Research are collected and administered by the University of Manitoba. As well, all donations are tax deductible for Canadian taxpayers. U.S. taxpayers can also receive a deduction (please see note below). There are three ways in which you can make a donation. No matter which method you choose, please be sure to indicate that your donation is for the McCrorie-West Family Fellowship for Alzheimer Research. Please choose one of the following; 1. Online: Link directly to the University of Manitoba website which will provide a secure method of making a donation to the Fund using your credit card. This method of payment is available 24 hours a day every day. Please click http://give.umanitoba.ca/McCrorie-West . 2. By Phone: Call the University of Manitoba at 204-474-9195 if you are in the Winnipeg area. For those outside of Winnipeg, please call toll free 1-800-330-8066. Office hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Winnipeg time) Monday to Friday, except for Statutory holidays. They will accept your credit card payment securely by phone.
3. By Mail or Fax: Please use the donation form which can be printed from this website to make your contribution. Mail or fax this form to the address or Fax # indicated, along with your cheque or credit card information to complete your donation. To access this form please click (here).
Note to U.S. Taxpayers: Canadians living in the U.S.A., as well as U.S. citizens, are also eligible to contribute to the McCrorie-West Fellowship and receive a tax deduction through arrangements made with a special U.S.A. Foundation set-up for this purpose.
